What is Fast Track?

FastTrack is a MBA with a duration of four and half months, or alternatively in one year. 

FastTrack is the same curriculum of our  one year MBA duration course, or other Universities one or two duration MBA courses. In reality we are better, nor 2% of the MBA schools in the World teach our Next-Generation MBA curriculums! A recent report from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, lambasted its members for maintaining a curriculum that is out of touch with modern business practices, because  they teach a 48 years old MBA curriculum!

We suggest to begin with a FastTrack course and after 30 days, to decide if you will continue in him or to change to the one year course. Most of our students decides to continue in the FastTrack course and finish the course without any problem.

From recruiting to orienting new ëmployees,  from writing job descriptions to tracking vacation and sick leave,  and from instituting and monitoring policies to monitoring benefits,  there has been a need for an HR generalist to assist senior Management in both establishing a structure to holding down costs of administration.

A recent survey by the Institute for Corporate Productivity [i4cp - formerly HRI] in conjunction with HR.com has found that 75 per cent of 180 organizations responding either use or plan to use psychological assessment for executive selection and development.  Over half [58.3 per cent] currently use such methods,  a further 16.7 per cent are considering their implementation.  

The organization must have confidence in its people to change.  Employees must be given the organizational resources necessary and time to carry out their development efforts.

Acceptance - Once the sadness has passed,  there will be a sense of acceptance and rebuilding in the person's life.  Conversations about the old job and former employer will be more businesslike and objective.  There will be a more objective view of the current situation and more of a sense of looking to the future.  

As more organizations deal with the slow economy,  there is a tendency toward increased staff reductions.  Although organizations have learned to refer to them as down sizing,  right sizing,  or some other politically correct name,  the fact remains that people are being fired from their jobs.  

A resume is the one tool that can help you realize your future employment dreams.  IT¹ does not matter if your first job is working for an automobile dealership or at a printing enterprise.  A good resume will lead you toward job success.

Job Stress: Look no one on the planet can deny that doing exercise,  gets the blood going and burns off the stress however sneaking away during the day can be really difficult but there are other Office Exercises that can bring you a lot of benefit to you.

By 1920,  psychologists and employment experts in the United States started the human relations movement,  which viewed workers in terms of their psychology and fit with enterprises,  rather than as interchangeable parts.

After some time and millions of dollars,  the Consulting Firm concluded that too many people were steering,  and not enough were rowing

To prevent losing to the Startup enterprise again,  the Management Structure was changed to four Steering Managers,  three Area Steering Managers,  and one Staff Steering Director/Manager and a new performance system was implemented for the person rowing the boat to give more incentive and to work harder,  and to become a six sigma performer.  The Management concluded we must have more empowerment and enrichment.

Suppose the CEO of an organization decides every employee should be more athletic.  He has read some recent research that shows that healthy employees are more productive employees.  He thinks why go half way and decides that each employee in the enterprise should train to compete in a marathon.

Some music when listened to,  whilst stressed,  can in fact heighten your stress levels; One type of music,  which research has shown to help reduce stress is Baroque music.
